Historic Signs

There are a number of Historic signs along Troy’s Main Street and the surrounding areas.

Some were placed in 1992 by The Latah County Preservation Committee on all the Main Street buildings listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The Troy Historical Society began a project in 2024 to add signs for the locations of the Rural Schools and other historic sites.

Below is a list to these signs with their locations and links for further information.

The Train Depot sign is located along the bike path southwest of the grain silos.

Bank of Troy sign is on the southwest corner of Main Street and 5th Street. Now the Back Porch Treasures Antique store.
